Meet The RMT

My name is Isabell, I was born and raised in Germany and moved to Canada in December 2015. I have been living in Gravenhurst since April 2016 with my husband and my 2 children. My previous studies were in the field of pharmacology and accounting.

By the end of 2020, I decided to return back to college and pursue a career in massage therapy. Little did I know  that I would fall deeply in love with my program and with every semester my passion grew bigger.

I graduated with Honours from Georgian College in Barrie in December 2022 from the Advanced Massage Therapy program.

Throughout my two years, I had many amazing learning experiences and opportunities. I learned collaborative leadership, shared decision-making, and accountability during my position as student rep, dean rep and peer tutor for the massage therapy program.

I strive to provide a great therapeutic experience and make a difference in the Muskoka community. My focus is on restoring and optimizing health due to injuries suffered recreationally or from day-to-day life, with adults and children alike. Focusing on individual based treatments creating a therapeutic treatment & exercise plan to benefit your health.

I have experience in  wellness treatments including relaxation and deep tissue massage and I have provided therapeutic treatments to

clients with postural problems, sports injuries, pre- and post-natal massages, and those with
medical conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Cancer, Migraines, Whiplash, Chronic back pain, Parkinson Disease, MS, orthopedic surgery and various other health related conditions.

Throughout my treatments, I incorporate PNF stretching, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, decompression therapy, myofascial release as well as recommended hydrotherapy to benefit your well-being.
